# Metamorphosis

Blijkbaar zit ik nog steeds in m’n vintage illustraties era, want weer aan het genieten van deze insecten getekend door [Maria Sibylla Merian](https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/item/129308?ref=kekness.nl#page/7/mode/1up) rond 1705.

Sowieso prachtig natuurlijk, maar destijds extra bijzonder omdat het een inkijkje gaf in ‘de nieuwe wereld’.
